Trading Card Game Rules

Start with 50 grist per player (or another amount pre-decided by both players).
Each card has a grist value on the side. Select cards from your deck until the total grist for all cards is 50 for each player.
Flip a coin to determine who goes first.

Each round
Both players select a card and pick their move.
The player that goes first then sets their card face down, and the other player does the same.
Both players flip their cards simultaneously.
The first player reveals their move.
Assuming their move does not skip/freeze opponent, the next player then says their move.

There are a few exceptions. Some cards specify "you play first". In this case, you tell your move first, even if your opponent was supposed to go first.
